Adapted Yoga is a safe and gentle form of exercise! My classes modify or adapt poses, traditionally done on a mat, for low-impact exercise to better suit people with limited physical or health abilities. Poses are also adapted by assessing your physical or health limitations and pain points, to create personalized sequences for you to enjoy!

The goal of Adapted Yoga is to build your flexibility, strength, energy, and confidence for everyday life. All the movements and poses we practice in-class build resilience for everyday activities such as lifting groceries, improving stamina to spend time with a grandchild, boosting energy to take a walk, and more... Hi, I’m Heather Skoll.

A Certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher, Certified Rubenfeld Synergist, and Distinguished Toastmaster Speaker.

By curating wellness programs, movement classes, virtual wellness events, and personalized 1:1 support, I help people redefine and expand their meaning of wellness in their body, mind, emotions, and spirit to invite peace into their lives.

As the years have gone by, physical injuries, arthritis, and chronic pain have forced me to explore new ways to keep active and find joy in my health. I discovered that many others face similar challenges, and they really needed guidance and support.
