A Certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher and a Certified Rubenfeld Synergist.

I help people live more deliberately through a unique blend of wellness modalities. With the right support, I believe that our inner resources are uncovered. I strive to maximize my abilities in the wellness and speaking space to help people find new ways to improve their physical, emotional, and mental health.
